SEGRO Business Park Warsaw welcomes a new name and a new tenant
SEGRO, Europe's leading owner-manager and developer of industrial property, announced a change of the name of the recently acquired estate in Ozarow, Warsaw: since November 1st the new name is SEGRO Business Park Warsaw. At the same time SEGRO welcomes a new tenant at the Park - Nikyo Polska company.
The renaming of the investment is part of a broad programme of standardising the names of all SEGRO's investment in continental Europe. SEGRO Business Park Warsaw was purchased by SEGRO from Endurance Real Estate Fund, managed by ORCO Property Group S.A. This transaction has significantly increased the company's critical mass in Warsaw to almost 90,000 sq m and enhanced SEGRO's position in the region.
Currently, the investment's tenants are leading Polish and international companies, who appreciated the advantages of the investment in terms of location and offered space. At the beginning of November Nikyo Polska company moves into its new premises at SEGRO Business Park Warsaw. The company specializes in distribution of household appliances and is the exclusive distributor of Evolt brand. The company has leased 650 sq m of warehouse and office space within the investment. DTZ facilitated the transaction.
The park is advantageously located in the immediate vicinity of A2 highway (Warsaw - Poznan- Berlin), 16 km from Warsaw city centre. The 36,600 sq m estate comprises four standalone buildings, providing a range of accommodation suitable for logistics or light industrial usage.
